The Emmett technique is a light touch muscle release technique that can influence neural pathways, therefore decreasing pain & creating relaxation to bring balance back into the body.

Our treatments may also offer myofascial release with cupping, the use of hot stones and a combination of massage and the Emmett Technique. It all depends on the individual client and their needs at the time of the treatment.
